For over 10 years, I’ve been practising Hatha Yoga, and movement has been at the heart of my life ever since.
Alongside teaching yoga, I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and a Reformer Pilates trainee, with a genuine passion for strength, movement and helping people feel their very best. Outside of classes, you’ll usually find me in the gym or practising gymnastics, so I understand first-hand what it takes to build a body that is strong, mobile and resilient.
I offer sessions for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced movers, both online and in person across Bingham, Whatton, Aslockton and surrounding villages in Nottinghamshire.
And yes… I practically live in the gym!
